2 liter bottle of Strawberry Welch's
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 large can pineapple juice
Slowly combine the Eagle Brand and strawberry Welch's in a large bowl. Stir until combined. Add as much pineapple juice as you want (it takes away some of the sweetness).
This works best if all ingredients are refrigerated beforehand!
Makes a TON.
This is one of my favorite drinks. The measurements may not be exact, but feel free to play around with the different flavors!

This is the signature drink from a restaurant called The Dogfish Cafe, which we used to frequent when we were living in Portland, ME. I make them all the time at home for get togethers and they are always a hit. The combination is fantastic - not too sweet.
Make in a rocks glass over ice:
- 1 shot (2 oz.) raspberry vodka (or more if you want a stiffer drink)
- Fill glass 3/4 full with gingerale
- add a splash of orange juice
- garnish with lime
GREAT summer drink.
1 full can of cool whip
1 minute maid pink lemonade (frozen)
1 part Barcardi Rum
Ice
Put all in a blender and blend to delight
ORANGE JULIUS - Soooooo Good!
* 1/4 Cup Sugar
* 6 oz Orange Juice, Frozen Concentrate
* 1 Cup Wilk
* 1 Cup water
* 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 10 Ice Cubes
NOTE: We use a scoop or two of Vanilla Ice Cream also!
In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend for one half minute or until ice cubes are crushed.
Serving Size: 4
Backstory: My Husband is obsessed with Orange Julius! We searched and tried every Recipe to find one that tasted just like the ones at the stand, that we could make at home. This one tastes just like it. We use more extract and sometimes more sugar. Yummy!
Frozen Margaritas - We use these for get togethers! Its as universal recipe! The limeade is key! Use more limeade to make them less strong!
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
* 5 or 6 fluid ounces tequila
* 2 fluid ounces triple sec
DIRECTIONS:
Fill blender with crushed ice. Pour in limeade concentrate, tequila and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Backstory: Have always used this recipe. Don't know where it came from. Its by far my favorite Margarita Recipe!
This recipe was given to me a good friend in a book of hand-written recipes from friends at my wedding shower. As she notes on the recipe card, it only makes one--so make more!

Official Jamba Juice Strawberries Wild "At Home" Smoothie
Makes about 3 cups
1 cup apple juice
1 cup strawberries, frozen
½ cup bananas, frozen
1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
½ cup ice
Pour the apple juice in the blender. Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes. Blend until smooth with a thick consistency
I first had this beverage at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. I loved it so much, I came home determined to make this recipe at home. After many trials, I've come up with this, and it's a winner! Watch out for them though. The simple syrup really masks the liquor. I drank two of these one night, and I was pretty toasted.
1 cup sliced strawberries
8 large basil leaves
1/4 c. simple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
1/2 c.white rum or vodka (more or less for your taste)
First, make a simple syrup using 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves completely, then set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, slice strawberries into thirds. Place them in a bowl and toss them with about 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let them macerate for about 15-20 minutes. Fill a shaker with ice, add 2 or 3 basil leaves, about 3-4 tablespoons of the strawberries and the juices that have settled in the bottom of the bowl. Add about 3 ounces of a clear liquor...Bacardi is usually my pick. Add about 3 tablespoons of the simple syrup. Muddle everything really well with a muddler, or the end of a wooden spoon. Pour everything into a tall serving glass. Garnish with a sprig of basil or mint. Makes about 2 beverages.
This one is not for amatuers!
1 shot Vodka
1 shot Gin
1/2 shot Chambord Liquer
4 ounces Orange Juice
4 ounces Pinapple Juice
Serve over ice. Very Delicious! But potent. Especially if you have more than 2!
So, my nutrition has really been difficult to figure out, as I have so many food allergies and sensitivities and I also LOVE to swim, a lot. I read that having something like chocolate milk after a good swim is perfect for recovery: 4:1 carbohydrates to protein. Only problem? I have a milk allergy. So I bought Carob Soymilk. Nope, awful rash after drinking it. No soy. Oy.
I think I figured it out, for now.
Put this in a blender before going to swimming:
1 cup enriched rice milk, 1 tablespoon rice protein, 1 banana, some salt.
About 220 cals, 38g. carbs, 8 g. protein, 3 g fat. And one happy, recovered, allergy free swimmer.
1 1/2 cup v8
1/2 cup soda water
1 teaspoon sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of bitters
2 croutons
Mix all together.
Pour over crushed ice.
Place croutons on top.
Drink it all including crushed ice.
I love Margaritas and this is a good twist on the standard margarita.
1 3/4 ounces of Triple Sec
1 ounce Tequila
3 ounces Mango Juice
1/3 cup strawberries (fresh if in season)
Place ice, stawberries, tequila, triple sec adn mango juice in blender. Blend well. Serve in a margarita glass.
This is the punch recipe I make for the showers I host.
Party Punch Recipe
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen concentrated Welch’s white grape juice
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen concentrated Welch’s passion fruit juice
6 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 lemons
1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet
Cut lemon into tiny wedges that will fit into 1 cube of an ice cube tray. Place one wedge into each cube, cover with water and freeze.
Thaw concentrated grape juice and fruit punch.
Mix juices and lemon lime soda together in a large punch bowl. Scoop raspberry sherbet into punch bowl using an ice cream scoop. Stir a few times.
Add lemon wedge ice cubes to punch bowl and serve.
This is an awesome summer drink. It takes 6-7 hours to freeze so start this when you will be home for awhile as you should stir it frequently while freezing so you don't get a brandy ice cube!
Mix 1 cup sugar and 9 cups water in a pot. Bring to a boil, set aside and cool. When this is cool add 12 oz frozen lemonade, 12 oz frozen orange juice, 1 pint apricot brandy. Mix together and put in a 5 qt ice cream pail. Stir every hour while freezing. When ready to serve put 1-2 scoops in a glass and pour 7up over the top.
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Frozen Strawberries in syrup (or fresh, if available)
1 tsp. Sugar
Cracked Ice
Fill blender with cracked ice. Add lime juice, strawberries and sugar. Blend until smooth, then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with an extra strawberry (if you have one) or an orange slice.
4 Apples
5-6 cinnamon sticks
1/2 gallon apple cider
1 tbsp. whole cloves
Push cloves into apples, place in crock pot with cinnamon sticks. Pour cider over apples and bring to a simmer. Turn down to keep warm. Serve in cups, its great on cold fall days.
1 banana
1 shot of bailey's
1 shot of rum (dark or light doesn't matter)
1/2 cup of cream of coconut
Combine all ingredients in the blender then fill with ice. Blend. (You can add more rum and baileys if you want)
My favorite drink ever!
INGREDIENTS:
* Ameretto Almond Liqueur
* Sweet and Sour mix (liquid)
* Maraschino Cheeries
I have my own way of making this. I don't use a recipe. I use 1/2 Amaretto and 1/2 Sour mix. Sometimes I do 2/3 and 1/3. Its the way I like it!
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the amaretto liqueur into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a sweet and sour mix, and shake well. Pour into glass, ice too, garnish with 2 maraschino cherries and serve.
No Backstory, Except that I LOVE IT!
My mom made this for a bridal shower, and called it a Wedding Cake Martini. I have also seen it called a Birthday Cake Martini. Nonetheless, CAKE!
1 part Amaretto
1 part Vanilla Vodka
1/2 part Pineapple Juice
Cherry in the bottom
Serve chilled, of course.
This is good for all of you lactose-intolerant people (like me) or if you like the taste of soymilk. I used to work at a smoothie place and this is the best non-dairy smoothie there is, in my opinion. It's really filling, too.
- 10-12 ounces of soymilk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 of a banana (freeze your ripe bananas with peel off)
- a cup of ice
Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
My mom used to make this for me all the time when I was a kid. If I was sick, this was the tea she'd give me. It never failed to make me feel better!!
6 orange pekoe tea bags (I recommend Lipton)
3 1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. sugar
Put the water and tea bags in a saucepan (it's much easier to tie the tea bags together!) Boil for about 15 minutes. Pour the sugar in a one-gallon container.
After the tea has cooled just a little bit (about 5 or 10 minutes), pour it over the sugar. Stir it up to help the sugar dissolve. Then, fill the container up the rest of the way with cold water. Refrigerate and enjoy. :)
This is a recipe from my grandmother. She makes it for my dad. He loves bananas. It is sooooo good…hope you like it.
Ingredients: 4cups sugar, 6cups water, 1(46oz)can pineapple juice, 1(46oz)can orange juice, 5 mashed bananas, ½cup lemon juice, 5qts chilled ginger ale;
Directions: Combine sugar and water. Boil until sugar is dissolved, cool, stir next four ingredients and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer several hours before serving. Pour into punch bowl and add ginger ale. Makes 2½ gallons.
I would like to have one of these right now.

Mash or blend bananas in blender until smooth
Mix sugar water, bananas, OJ, lemonade and pineapple in large container and freeze. (Can be made way in advance)
When ready to serve set out approximately 5 hours to let it thaw, and pour sprite over the top.
1/2 gallon apple juice
1/2 gallon apple cider
5-6 cinnamon sticks
1 cup sugar
bottle of Everclear
In a large pot, bring apple cider and cinnamon sticks to a boil. In second pot, bring apple juice and sugar to a boil. After cinnamon sticks loose their taste, stir in juice mix to the cider mix and simmer for 10 mins. Cool completely. Add Everclear, to your liking. Serve either warm or cold.
This drink was served to my now husband and I when we went to a bar together when we were dating. It was served to us in shot glasses cold. I prefer to drink this warmed up slightly on a cold winter day.
This would be perfect for a holiday brunch!
2 ounces Looza pear nectar
2 ounces Looza passion-fruit nectar
4 ounces brut champagne
Garnish: 1 thin slice pear
Pour the nectars into a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with pear slice. (Note: May also be made in batches and served in a pitcher when entertaining a large group. A couple of frozen-nectar cubes will keep it cold without diluting the drink.)
Servings: 1 cocktail
This is a yummy shot that actually tastes just like an oatmeal cookie!
1-ounce Jagermeister
1-ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
1-ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2-ounce Cinnamon Schnapps
Raisins, for garnish, optional
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a shot glass or chilled cocktail glass over ice.
Serendipity's Frrrozen Hot Chocolate has been the signature dessert of Serendipity 3, a restaurant in New York, for over 50 years. Up until a couple of years ago, this recipe was so closely guarded that even Jackie Kennedy was unable to obtain it for a White House dinner.
Serendipity's Chocolate Blend:
1 1/2 teaspoons Sweetened Van Houton cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons Droste Cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Sweet butter
1/2 cup Milk
3 Godiva flowers, dark and light chocolate; to taste
1/2 ounce Callebaut chocolate
1/2 ounce Valhrona chocolate
1/2 ounce Lindt chocolate
1/2 ounce Cadbury chocolate
1/2 ounce Anton Berg chocolate
1/2 ounce Freia chocolate
1/2 ounce Marabo chocolate
1/2 ounce Girardelli chocolate
1/2 ounce Cocoa Barry (solid) chocolate
Frrrozen Hot Chocolate:
1 Generous ladle of Serendipity's Chocolate Blend
1/2 pint Milk
1/2 quart Crushed ice
Garnish:
1 tablespoon Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the first two cocoas with sugar and butter, creaming to a smooth paste. Add all the
remaining chocolates and continue melting, slowly adding the milk in a thin stream to the mixture and stirring constantly until thoroughly blended and
smooth as silk. Cool to room temperature.
In a quart-sized blender, combine Frrrozen Hot Chocolate ingredients. Puree until very thick, pour into a grapefruit bowl, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
This recipe yields 1 serving.
